What can I say? Goal achieved!
To finally be home and have time to reflect after this past weekend is overwhelming. I achieved my goal! ✅
It really hasn’t sunk in quite yet
It was the most awesome trip. Everything went so smoothly and my whole family had a blast!
North American Championships is where I turned IFBB PRO. Finals were Friday night and I ended up placing top four in all four groups that I competed in. I came home with a 4th, 4th, 3rd, and in the last group that I competed in I WON MY PRO CARD. I ended up winning 1st place in the FIGURE OPEN division.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It was an unbelievable WIN, and I am beyond thrilled!
Trust me, this was not done alone. I had a whole team of people supporting and helping me. Coach Rob, Jax Physiques, I can’t thank you enough for your expertise. You have been amazing at figuring out what it takes for my body to respond! WE DID IT!
Dr. Jason David Schottel, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Associates for making sure I stayed healthy.
Kira Jones, Vandella Costumes @vandellacostumes your suits just keep getting better and better! I absolutely loved my suit this year!
I hired a posing coach this year, and all I can say is WOW! If you do not know how to display your hard work on stage, you are really being held back. Thank you so much Kenny Wallach, @Posingbykenny.com you are truly the best in the business!
Last, but not least my family. Thank you so much for supporting me. Achieving this dream was not easy, and you certainly stood beside me every step of the way. Im always looking to my parents for pushing me through!
There’s always something to be said about making your children proud. 💓
And Richard … He is definitely my rock! I’ve never known someone to be as selfless as he is, and helping me with every aspect of competing. 💞
We certainly celebrated our way through Pittsburgh Friday night after the competition and all day Saturday. Yes, I ate some good food, and yes I was sick 🤢 lol

Being your best self can put pressure on to your life and take away from your enjoyment of life. But what you need to realize is that you can ENJOY being your best self. Push your limits because that’s what makes you improve. I am so happy with the package and the confidence I was able to bring to this show. Have you ever settled? Took what you could get because you feared you could not get what you really wanted? Who are you to want to be the best, have the best, live the best? Nope. Don’t deserve it.

So you crawl back to your lowered expectations, relieved you don’t have to change, or deal w/ what’s holding you back.

When my doctor said I needed a triple cardiac bypass at age 48 do you think I said “NO! I don’t deserve it!” It was going to save my life! I was terrified btw! But I did it to survive.

Loving yourself & taking care of yourself body, mind,& soul - will save YOUR life. You do deserve it. And you get a better deal than me! (My ribs still don’t line up right! LOL)

It’s time to take charge & care in a way you never have before!

Oh, you’ve been taking charge & caring all your life – for others. Children, partners, fur babies, aging parents, extended family, besties, career. Honing your skills, earning your wisdom until the day comes & it’s YOUR TURN.

It makes you better in all your relationships. You feel so DAMN GOOD with the energy to do all the things. You choose, carefully, where that energy flows because it’s a precious commodity. You decide where it deserves to be spent & w/ whom. Goodbye toxic people.

Fitness is the answer to taking your life to heights you don’t even know yet! It seems overwhelming at first, but if you persist in that belief, it’s just another excuse not to start.

It starts deep inside. That invisible being of YOU that drives the Soul Chariot. She knows ALL. Another way to look at it: mindset mixed with spiritset. Mindset are thoughts, spiritset is your deepest & highest desires to live your best life.

So many approaches think “exercise & eat right” is the answer. No, those are the mechanics of TRANSFORMATION. It’s so much deeper than that.

You got this – no one else does, it’s you.

This was an amazing journey I would like to thank God for being with me every step of the way I didn't think I would make it after the tragic entrance of the year but I finished strong.
I went to 2 gym classes a day plus 2 hours of the stair master every day, yes it was hard work but it paid off. I would like to thank my F45 Training Roebuck family for sticking by me. I would like to give a big shout out to Cynthia White she is the one who told me no matter what go for it. Now it's time to work on my pro card thank the snbf for putting on a amazing show with beautiful people.
