I can’t say that I was her coach. I was more of a believer. Yes the diet, training, cardio, etc I planned, but with the special gifts that she possesses, I knew she would be a star fast and I simply allowed her to be her, unique, bold, detailed as hell, creative, and confident. The only thing that I had to do at times was to tell her not to overwork. It’s also normal to be anxious and nervous before going on stage, especially the biggest stage. Not Anjie 😅. She was like, “let me at ‘em coach I’m ready to battle!!” That’s why I nicknamed her Scrappy!
To all of my followers, friends, family, co-workers, that kinda have an idea of what bodybuilding is based on my posts but still a little confused. This is it. This is bodybuilding. It’s not the meathead throwing weights around in the gym…well some of that. It’s an art. It’s taking a sculpture from a museum, then giving it a pulse and a breath to come to life on a stage. This is the #2 female bodybuilder in the world.

They sent it immediately so we could get it out to our fans! Seeing this video calmed my soul because the only thing I cared about was being my most present, and my most artistic on stage. And I was more calm than I have ever felt. I'M HAPPY WITH THIS!!! YES! You don't know what this took to pull off. I'm proud of myself. I truly am 🥰 THE LIGHTS OF THE STAGE!! What a great weekend competing with my team #TeamMason @npcwistate where @demetrius_alecos puts on a fantastic show with lots of great swag and hardware. Amazing 🤩🏆. @meganmeloneofficial and her team made me feel super glam ✨💄💇🏻‍♀️ I always love getting pampered by them. They are the best.
