I’m going to squeeze all the fun I can out of this weekend!   Since so many of you have asked, my food during this prep has been like this below. It will change when competition season is over. (More food)   Meal 1 1 scoop whey Isolate ( hydrolyzed ) with water   Meal 2 1/4 cup egg whites 1/2 cup of oatmeal  (add cinnamon powder)   Meal 3 ( Post Workout ) 3oz chicken breast 4oz sweet potato   Meal 4 4oz cod 3oz sweet potato 1 cup acorn squash ( cooked) or 1 cup green beans ( steamed )   Meal 5 4oz salmon 7 stalks of asparagus I feel well fed, never hungry. No cravings.   Thank you for coming along and all the cheering – I’m out to REPRESENT the invisible 50+, 60+, 70+ woman. She doesn’t have to be in a bikini to share her worth and awesomeness. YES I will be attending the Arnold Classic Expo! ⛩️My feelings still stand on the exclusion of **FBB, WPD & Figure**. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for ASF. I will hold space for the heads to see the error of their decision. ⛩️The memories! I went every year for a decade!! 2011-2020. It was where I found my tribe. I'll never forget coming down the grand escalator for the very first time.. my eyes going wide, slack jawed.. seeing an ocean of fitness fans and professionals. I didn't know there were other people like me. You gotta understand, this is coming from a girl who trained alone out of the back room of her house for 6 years with almost no friends or community in fitness. This event single-handedly ❄️changed my life forever❄️. Over the next 10 years we invested THOUSANDS of dollars in the weekend of the year. In 2018 I did something I never imagined I'd do.. I became one of the incredible Arnold athletes I'd only seen from the seats... I took 3rd place by a single point, in my 2nd NPC show. I'll never forget the warm path lights in the dark like a runway leading to the stage. ⛩️It was the first place I ever saw a FBB or BB in person...
